Sacramento 2020 is a diverse coalition of Sacramentans committed to putting voters first in the political process. We believe Sacramento is on the verge of an exciting new era, but is held back by a broken political system where too many decisions are made behind closed doors, by city officials we don't elect, can't hold accountable, and aren't producing the results we expect and deserve.

We support placing the Checks and Balances Act before voters to allow the people of Sacramento to decide whether to modernize and reform how City Hall works.
